This plan is best suited for individuals with 2 or less chronic illnesses, and who wish to get on the path to vibrant health and wellness.
The Emerald Plan
This is our most popular plan, that covers several wellness needs for family’s. This plan is best suited for individuals with 3 or more chronic diseases. This plan is also is all accommodating for couples, or for parent and child wellness needs. Giving you the security of navigating through your health and wellness goals with the guidance and support from Sabrina.
The Sapphire Plan
The Sapphire Plan was designed with the family in mind. The Sapphire Plan provides coverage for the whole family, up to 5, with children under the age of 26. All of your family’s health and wellness needs, all in one place, and support on your schedule, and from the convenience of your own home/phone.
The Tanzanite Plan
The Tanzanite Plan was created for family’s with more than 5 in the family, and with children under the age of 26. This plan covers all of family’s health and wellness needs, all in one place, and support on your schedule, and from the convenience of your own home/phone.
